Until July 21, 2023, woodworking is in the spotlight at MUMAQ! You will be able to contemplate the masterpieces of three artisans who won the Award of Excellence in Cabinetmaking in 2020, 2021 and 2022. These three creations reveal all the talent of the creators, who have distinguished themselves through both the technical and aesthetic qualities of their work.

This grant highlights the technical and/or artistic excellence of the next generation of woodworkers and encourages the dissemination of works by creators at the beginning of their careers. It includes a $1000 grant offered by the Caisse de la culture, as well as the exhibition of the winning project at the Musée des métiers d'arts du Québec.
